Balanced Body is a class for women of all fitness levels. Body weight training, resistance bands, intervals and yoga are used for a full body workout with variety. Expecting mamas are more than welcome to come to this class as Amanda Riley is a pregnancy specialist and will modify all workouts. Don't have a sitter for your little ones? No problem-munchkins are always welcome to class and they can play, color, watch movies or join the workouts with their mamas.
