Class runs Monday-Friday 6am-6:45am, Sept 14th-Nov 6th All workouts will be posted for those who miss class.

Measurements, weigh-ins, and strength test will be held on Day 1, Day 20 and Day 40.

8 weeks paid in full-$399 (about $50/week!!!)

$59/week if paid weekly-$100 deposit is required along with 8 week commitment
